Cowboy Invitational Meet

SATURDAY, MARCH 14th

Stillwater, OK

LEVEL 4's: Open Stretch starts at 4:00 PM. March-In starts at 4:30 PM.

YOU NEED TO BE THERE NO LATER THAN 3:45 PM.

LEVEL 5's: There was some confusion when they set up the schedule and they have the 5's scheduled to compete Sunday morning. We will not compete on Sunday. I spoke to the meet director yesterday and I'm currently waiting for a call from the her to find out if our 5's can go and compete at the same time as our 4's. If not, I will request a meet entry refund for our Level 5's.

Meet location is on the east side of Stillwater at the Payne County Expo Center in the Expo Hall, near the back of the grounds.

Directions from I-35:
●Take Exit 174 (about 40 min. north of OKC) and go
east on Hwy. 51 for 16 miles to Perkins Rd. in
downtown Stillwater.
●Go almost 3 miles further east and turn in to the
Expo Center on the left (before Fairgrounds Rd.).

STATE MEET ENTRY DEADLINE!!!!!

TAG STATE is going to be a month earlier this year than in the past! We just received info on the meet this week and it's now posted on the bulletin board at the gym. The deadline is quick so read below and be sure you get your gymnast signed up in time!

WHEN: the weekend of April 17-18. We'll either compete on Friday night or Saturday.

WHERE: Gymanstics City, Claremore, OK

ENTRY: $30.00

ENTRY DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MARCH 13th!!!!

With the state meet coming so early this year, if there is an opportunity for our kids to compete at another meet in May, we may just do it! Usually we finish up our season with the state meet but due to the limited # of meets we've been able to attend so far, we just may try competing after state if the opportunity arises.

Sometime in April we will be passing out team invites, advancement forms, etc. so you & your gymnast will know what level she'll be competing next season.
