March 6th - American Gymnastics Meet: MEET SCHEDULE!

Hey guys! We already have our meet schedule for Saturday, March 6th in Skiatook at American Gymnastics.

Here we go:

Level 2 & Level 3:
Open Stretch starts at 9:00 AM followed by warm-up on each event.
Competition begins at 10:30 AM.
PLEASE BE THERE NO LATER THAN 8:45 AM!

Level 4, Level 5 & Level 6:
Open Stretch starts at 1:00 PM followed by warm-up on each event.
Competition begins at 2:30 PM.
PLEASE BE THERE NO LATER THAN 12:45 PM!

PLEASE NOTE: Please have their gym bags together with a small snack, a water bottle (clear liquids only!) and anything else they might need. Gymnasts won't be able to go to Mom & Dad during the meet so they'll need to have their bags with them on the competition floor.

APRIL MEET
We recently received a meet flyer for a meet at Victory Gymnastics in south OKC on Easter weekend. We're going to go ahead and attend that one since it's local rather than traveling to Claremore once again. So excited about a local meet.

STATE MEET
The TAG State Meet has been moved to the weekend of May 14-15 and will be held in Bartlesville. Meet entry is next month.

MEET UPDATES, ETC.

Good morning, guys! We have lots of news just posted on the team bulletin board @ the gym but wanted to share it here as well.

The Norman TAG meet that was cancelled due to the weather last weekend will not be rescheduled in February. We will be having our meet entries refunded.

In the meantime, I've found us another meet to attend in February! Whoohoo! It is in Muskogee on Feb. 20th. The only deal: I have to know by this THURSDAY, FEB. 4th if your child will be going to the Muskogee meet or not. I have to email our entry in on Friday so please let me know whether your child IS or IS NOT going to get to go to this Feb. 20th meet!

We've also decided that our March meet will be March 6th in Skiatook. That way we'll stay away from Spring Break (and in my family, the state basketball tournaments where hopefully my brothers will be coaching!). :) I still have to get the meet deadline and entry info on this meet but will know by the end of this week. I'll have a sign-up list up next week so watch the bulletin board for that!

Lastly, we've already received meet info on the State TAG Meet set for May 7-8 in Bartlesville. Meet entry will be $37.00 and is due by March 26th. I'll add that sign-up list on the bulletin board in a few weeks!
